4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
4.1 Sharing Between Users
Client-Talent Connections: When a Booking is confirmed, we share necessary contact and Booking information between parties
Public Profiles: Talent profiles (excluding contact details) are visible to Clients searching for Services
Reviews and Ratings: May be visible to other Users
ANT Management is not responsible for misuse of information shared between Users once disclosed through the Platform.

ANT Management is notresponsible for data handling practices, breaches, or failures caused bythird-party service providers, and Users are subject to those providers'policies.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Primary storage locations include AWS facilities in the UAE (Middle East region), with backup storage inother AWS regions for disaster recovery purposes, subject to appropriatesafeguards for any international transfers.

When thepurpose for processing ceases and no legal retention obligation applies, wewill securely delete, anonymise, or put the data beyond further use.Account data is retained for theduration of your Account plus any legally required retention period. You mayrequest deletion subject to legal requirements.

Your information may betransferred to and processed in countries outside the UAE (e.g., for paymentprocessing via Stripe or global AWS facilities).
